By reserving a cabin at Rustic Hideaway Cabins, you
are to abide by certain terms and regulations of Rustic Hideaway
Cabins.
Amount Staying
Only the amount of people that you paid for are allowed on the cabin
premises, with a maximum of 6 people per cabin. If there are more
people staying then the amount you paid for, there is an automatic
charge of $25.00 per person per day.
Pets
No pets are allowed on the premises of Rustic Hideaway Cabins LLC. A
$250.00 fee will be paid per pet per day should this be violated,
plus damages.
Age
You must be at least the age of 21 years of age or older to rent a
cabin.
Lost / Stolen Items
You are responsible for lost, stolen or damaged contents in the log
cabin you are staying
at and the cabin itself.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin for courtesy of other
visitors. Please smoke outside and use
the sand buckets provided outside.
Returned Checks
As a convenience for you, we accept checks. If your check is
returned, there is a minimum charge of $20.00. There may
also be other fees depending on when the balance is paid for.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be refunded in full up to 5 days prior to
check-in date. Rustic Hideaway Cabins also reserves the right
to cancel reservations if the full payment schedule is not
fulfilled.
Cleanness
You are responsible for disposing any garbage in the trash barrels
outside on a daily basis. You are also responsible for keeping
the premises somewhat cleaned.
Stolen/Damaged Items
You are responsible for all items in the cabin, this includes any
items that are damaged or stolen.
Reliability
It is understood by all parties of these rules, regulations, and
provisions attached hereto, read by all parties and shall be a part
of this agreement. It is understood and agreed that all parties have
read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and regulations and
that they agree that any infraction of the above provisions shall
constitute a breach of this agreement and provide grounds for
immediate eviction and forfeiture of all moneys paid, and possibly
fined. Furnishings, appliances, appurtenances, household items and
such and any other items in the cabins and provided by Rustic
Hideaway Cabins LLC are not to be moved around or removed from the
premises. You agree that "Rustic Hideaway Cabins LLC" nor it's
owners or partners are not responsible for any actions you take or
do while on grounds.
Laws / Ordinances
You agree that no laws, statutes or ordinances of a jurisdictional
governmental unit will be violated on the premises, this
includes any underage drinking or parties that result in damages to
the property. You agree that the premises will not be used in such
manner as to generate noise (including Loud Music) which will
disturb other neighbors, nor will neighbors be harassed or bothered
in any manner.
Correct Information
You are agreeing that the information that you submit to us to rent
a cabin is true to the best of your knowledge.
General Information
The relationship between you and Rustic Hideaway Cabins LLC shall be
governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its
conflict of law provisions. You and Rustic Hideaway Cabins LLC agree
to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
located within the county of Union, Illinois. A violation of any
terms or regulations will result in full extent of the law.
